Welcome to the Oklahoma College and University Professional Association for Human Resources OCUPA-HR website!

It is my privilege and great honor to serve as the new President of OCUPA 2010-2011.  My goal is to help rovide professional development opportunitites that will movtivate and inspire all higher education Human Resources personnel in our state.

CUPA-HR at the national, region and state levels work together to provide HR professionals insight and knowledge into the challenges we face on a daily basis.  Your OCUPA-HR board members are volunteers who believe in the strategic vision established by CUPA-HR.  Your participation, attendance and willingness to assist are welcome and appreciated. 

OCUPA-HR will have a fall drive-in seminar and a spring two day conference.  Each of these opportunities will provide dynamic leadership to the higher education human resources profession and the higher education community by delivering essential knowledge, resource and connections that enhance individaul and institutional capacity and effectiveness.

The OCUPA-HR board and I are here to serve your professional needs, and I’m looking forwrd to hearing from you.
