This association was created to promote closer cooperation between institutions of higher education personnel and human resource administration. Specific purposes are as follows:
- To promote professionalism in the field of personnel and human resource administration
- To provide conferences, seminars, workshops, and other staff development opportunities for the exchange of concepts and programs in personnel and human resources administration
- To foster increased unity and cooperation among all institutions of higher education in the State of
