CUPA-HR NATIONAL RECOGNITION AWARDS PROGRAM

The program serves two primary purposes:
- to recognize service and commitment to CUPA-HR at all levels of the association and across all member institutions, and
- to recognize innovation in human resource administration through implementation of state-of-the-art technology or best practices
OHIO CHAPTER CHARLIE GERSTER SERVICE AWARD
Current officers of the Chapter can accept confidential nominations at any time for members who, over an extended period of time, demonstrate the following:
- Regular attendance at planning and Chapter meetings.
- Held various elected offices and committee positions within the Chapter.
- Volunteered in a variety of activities.
- Contributed to meeting planning.
- Exhibited enthusiasm in Chapter participation.
- Exemplified role model behavior for other human resources professionals.
