Our Spring program continues our focus on diversity and inclusion from a Human Resources perspective. The program will include a presentation by John Joyce, Senior Compliance Officer, and Juan Santana, Compliance Officer of the New York Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Their presentation will focus on the proposed revisions to Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), and what these changes, if implemented, will mean for us as Higher Ed HR Professionals. This promises to be an enlightening discussion!
