About our Speaker:
Eddie Williams is a nationally recognized speaker who conducts motivational & keynote presentations. Eddie is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, former U.S. Army Airborne, Ranger, and Green Beret. After leaving the military, he has held positions of increased responsibility in Sales, Marketing, and Management. Eddie holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University.
Eddie currently serves as the Commander, Operational Detachment, 911th Support Command in the Georgia State Defense Force (GSDF), a voluntary military organization that assists the National Guard during state emergency situations, such as; search & rescue, hurricane evacuation, and medical emergencies. During his six years of service to the State of Georgia he has also held leadership positions as the Headquarters Recruiting Officer and the Headquarters Public Affairs Officer.

This session will highlight how hire process automation provides organizations with better employment compliance, greater efficiency and higher applicant satisfaction. Understanding the Multigenerational Workforce in Academia
