Welcome to the FLCUPA-HR website!

The challenges most Florida Colleges and Universities face in 2011 will require that we stay in touch to learn and hear about best-practices.  One of the unique aspects of working in higher education is the openness to collaborate and share experiences.   The Florida Chapter continues a long tradition of being one of the nation’s most successful and active Chapters.  We were recently recognized by the National CUPA-HR office for “Best Practices”.
