This program explored the impact of change and one’s response to it. Do you tend to be proactive or reactive? Do your beliefs limit or empower you? We reviewed the concept of resiliency and looked at how it can assist everyone to negotiate the change in their lives more effectively.

About the Webinar Leader: Ina has 29 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Currently an EAP and Behavioral Health consultant for Aetna Employee Assistance Program, she previously spent 17 years with CONTACT EAP as a member of its Department of Organizational Development and Consultation. Ina specializes in the development and presentation of programs that address work and personal issues in a variety of settings. She has presented throughout Arizona on such topics as conflict resolution, change and stress management, communication skills and workforce diversity. She has consulted with leaders in municipal, healthcare, school and manufacturing settings on issues related to workplace effectiveness, performance coaching and crisis response.
