The Arizona Chapter of CUPA-HR will again be hosting its annual State Conference on June 7 & 8, 2012 in Tucson. Our focus is professional development. This year, we would like to give you the opportunity to present. If you have an innovation to share, a lesson learned, or expertise to impart, please submit your presentation proposal. If you know others who would add to the professional development program, please forward this email to them.
Please see this document for details. Based on feedback from past sessions, it is important for presentation proposals to include:
- Details for immediate application of learning.
- Clear learning outcomes.
- A description of proposed, robust participant materials.
- An indication of the ideal audience for the presentation (such as entry-level HR professionals or the presentation is geared to HR executive development).
For full consideration, please submit your proposal no later than February 10, 2012.
