The University of Alabama is seeking a Coordinator eLearning to coordinate the administration of eLearning systems as well as the creation and implementation of eLearning solutions in the Department of Human Resources’ Learning and Development area. This position is responsible for administration of multiple learning management systems to include record-keeping, reporting, training and troubleshooting. The incumbent also must utilize creative and technical skills in the designing and implementing of effective eLearning solutions including, but, not limited to online courses, simulations, podcasts, webcasts and mobile media content which have the power to engage and inform a diverse audience. As part of the interview process, applicants must be prepared to present at least one sample of their work creating and utilizing elearning solutions such as online courses, tutorials, videos, podcasts, etc.
