The University of Alabama is seeking a Coordinator eLearning to coordinate the administration of eLearning systems as well as the creation and implementation of eLearning solutions in the Department of Human Resources’ Learning and Development area. This position is responsible for utilizing creative and technical skills in the designing and implementing of effective eLearning solutions including, but, not limited to online courses, simulations, podcasts, webcasts and mobile media content which have the power to engage and inform a diverse audience. The incumbent must have experience in and an aptitude for utilizing learning technologies along with initiative to keep up with emerging learning technology tools.

University of Alabama in Huntsville

The University of Alabama in Huntsville is accepting applications for the regular full-time position of HR Compliance Coordinator in Human Resources. The HR Compliance Coordinator will provide leadership and oversight of all areas related to HR compliance, including Affirmative Action/EEO, FMLA, ADA, On-the-job Injury, external and internal reporting, and training. Additionally, the incumbent will work closely with the Associate Vice President of Human Resources to ensure that Human Resources remains in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, as well as University policies and procedures. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field; 3-5 years of full-time work experience in Human Resources (to include 1-3 years of experience in Affirmative Action/EEO compliance or working with FMLA, ADA, or related regulations); must have advanced knowledge of employment laws and federal regulations; must have the ability to handle highly sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism; must possess excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills; strong organization and analytical skills; must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; must have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have the ability to analyze and interpret data. PHR/SPHR certification, training experience, and Banner and ARGOS experience are desired. The approximate starting salary is $38,000 – $42,000 with an excellent benefits package.
